DEVNET+CreateDEVNET+CreateThese terms govern your use of funpumpsol.com and the interface we publish there. Read them before you sign a transaction. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, do not use it.
FUNPUMPSOL is an interface to a set of programs deployed on the Solana blockchain. It lets anyone create a token, run a Genesis sale for it, and trade it. We publish the interface and operate the indexing and display layer around it.
We are not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or a financial adviser. We do not hold your funds at any point. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and executed by the blockchain.
The program contains no instruction that lets us, or anyone else, move your tokens or your SOL. Sale proceeds sit at an address derived from the program itself, for which no private key exists. We cannot freeze, seize, reverse, or recover anything, and nobody should ever tell you otherwise.
This is a property of the protocol, not a policy we could choose to waive. No instruction exists that returns a contribution. If a sale fills before your transaction lands, that transaction takes only what remains or nothing at all, and the rest never leaves your wallet.
When a creator signs the launch transaction, the allocation, the hard cap, the vesting schedule, the migration to Raydium, and the revocation of minting authority become immutable. There is no edit function, no administrative override, and no support request that can change them.
The platform takes 10% of what a Genesis sale raises, at the moment the market opens. While a token trades on our pool a 1% fee is charged on each swap, three quarters to the platform and one quarter to the creator.
Swap fees are recorded inside the trade and paid out separately. The creator collects theirs with one transaction whenever they choose; the platform's share leaves automatically once it passes a threshold. The creator separately prepays the cost of migrating liquidity to Raydium; that amount goes to Raydium and to network rent, not to us.
You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use this platform if doing so is unlawful where you are, or if you are subject to sanctions. You must be at least 18 years old.
If you launch a token, you are responsible for what you say about it. Do not impersonate a person, company, or project you have no right to represent. Do not use the platform to defraud anyone. We may remove a project from our interface and our listings; we cannot remove it from the blockchain, and we will not pretend that we can.
Signing in with X is optional. Choosing it means you authorise X to tell us your account id, handle, display name and avatar, and nothing else. We never see your X password, we never post on your behalf, and we ask for no permission to do so.
FUNPUMPSOL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Your X account remains governed by X's own terms. You can withdraw our access at any time from your X account settings, under connected apps; doing so ends the link on our side too.
The badge we show next to a signed-in account is ours. It means that person completed an X login and we witnessed it. It is not X's verification, it says nothing about whether X has verified them, and it can be neither bought nor granted by us.
The site can compose a post about a token or a portfolio for you. The post is yours: it is published from your account, on your instruction, and you are responsible for it. We never post without that action.
Names, tickers, descriptions, links, avatars and token images that you upload stay yours. You grant us permission to store and display them on the site so that the product can work. Do not upload anything you have no right to use, anything unlawful, or anything designed to deceive. We may remove such content from the interface without notice.
Solana, Raydium and X are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to say what our software connects to and for no other purpose. Nothing on this site implies a partnership with any of them.
The interface may be unavailable, delayed, or wrong. The blockchain does not depend on us: even with this site entirely offline, a token that has launched keeps trading and every program instruction remains callable by anyone. We do not guarantee uptime, and outages are not grounds for a claim.
We may change this interface, its fees within the bounds the program allows, and these terms. Rules already fixed on chain for an existing project are not among them. Material changes are announced on the site rather than edited in quietly, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
The interface is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not liable for losses arising from token price movements, the behaviour of creators or other users, blockchain or network failures, third-party services, or your own transactions.
Write to us through Support, which lists the only channels we operate. Anyone contacting you from anywhere else, especially anyone asking for a seed phrase, is not us.
