This policy explains what FUNPUMPSOL collects, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. It applies to funpumpsol.com and the interface served there.
We hold as little about you as the product allows. There are no accounts and no passwords. Most of what appears on this site was already public on the Solana blockchain before we read it.
Seed phrases, private keys, and passwords — including your X password, which the sign-in flow is specifically designed so that we never see. We never ask for any of them, and anyone who does is not us. We do not currently collect identity documents.
One cookie, which keeps you signed in after an X login. It is httpOnly, so scripts running on the page cannot read it. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking cookies.
Signing in with X is optional and nothing on the site requires it except the badge itself. When you use it, X asks for your permission first and shows you exactly what is being granted. We request the narrowest scopes that make a login work and none that allow writing.
We store your X account id, handle, display name and avatar URL, and we refresh them each time you sign in so that what we show matches what X shows. If you delete or change your X account, or withdraw our access from X's connected-apps settings, tell us and we will remove or correct the copy we hold within 24 hours. We do the same on request from X.
We send X nothing about you. Your wallet address, your trades and your holdings are never transmitted to X by us. If you use the share button, you are the one posting, from your account, with text you can edit before it goes out.
Connecting a wallet after signing in associates your X identity with a blockchain address, and we want to be exact about that because it is the one genuinely irreversible thing on this page. The association only happens when you ask for it and sign a message with your own wallet to prove the address is yours. Once made, it is public: anyone can see that this handle launched that token or holds that position, and no amount of deleting later un-publishes what was already read. Do not link a wallet whose history you would not want attached to your name.
We do not sell personal data and have no interest in doing so. We share it with nobody else unless a law compels us, and we will say so publicly when we are permitted to.
Your wallet address, your trades, your Genesis participation and your profile are visible to everyone. That is what the product is for. Nothing we do can make on-chain activity private after the fact.
You can clear or replace your profile, avatar and links at any time, disconnect your X account here, and withdraw our access from X's own settings. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have those rights by law; we honour the requests regardless of where you live.
Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone, including us. A deletion request removes what we store, not what the chain remembers.
This platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
For any question or request about your data, use the channels on the Support page. That page lists everything we operate; nothing else is us.
If this policy changes materially we will say so on the site rather than editing it quietly. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
